Gleiss Lutz is advising the supervisory board of Volkswagen AG (VW) in connection with the planned IPO of VW’s truck & bus subsidiary, Traton.
The law firm is therefore once again involved in a case of strategic importance for VW. Prior to that Gleiss Lutz was already instructed by the carmaker’s supervisory board in connection with the investigation into the diesel issue, the formation of a broad alliance with Ford Motor Company, and the changes to the company’s management structure.
The Traton shares are to be traded on the Prime Standard at Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Stockholm (Large Cap).
