Julia advises on individual and collective labour law. She focuses on employment contracts and service agreements, also for management board members and managing directors, and on the design of remuneration systems and remuneration reports as well as the corresponding support of annual general meetings. In addition, she advises banks and financial service providers on the adaptation of contracts to IVV’s remuneration requirements.
Julia studied in Trier, Lausanne and Bonn. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2011.
She is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group.
