Adrian advises on matters related to corporate and capital markets law, particularly in the areas of executive board and supervisory board issues, as well as in national and cross-border M&A transactions. He has special expertise in advising publicly listed companies and their shareholders, in capital market-related transactions including public takeovers, in complex business decisions, and in compliance investigations. Adrian is Co-Head of the Core Business Unit Advisory and a member of the focus groups Compliance and ESG at Gleiss Lutz.
Adrian studied law and business administration at the University of Tübingen (MBA 2002) and the University of Chicago (LL.M. 2005). In 2006 Adrian was admitted to the New York State Bar (Attorney-at-Law). He worked for major law firms in New York in 2008 and 2013 and for an investment bank in Frankfurt in 2011/2012.
Adrian is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV) and the Association for Business and Corporate Law (VGR).
Adrian speaks German and English.
