Gleiss Lutz has advised the Supervisory Board of Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche Aktiengesellschaft on planned changes to its Executive Board.
Dr. Jochen Breckner has taken over responsibility for Finance and IT and Matthias Becker for Sales and Marketing with effect as of 26 February 2025. They are succeeding Lutz Meschke and Detlev von Platen, who are leaving the company by mutual agreement.
