Ricarda advises on employment and labour law. She focuses on advice on service agreements with managing board members and the design of remuneration systems and remuneration reports. She also specializes in ESG issues in employment law, in particular the design of ESG targets in remuneration and employment law issues of the Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains.
Ricarda studied at the University of Freiburg (Dr. iur.) and at Columbia Law School/USA (LL.M.). As part of her legal clerkship, Ricarda worked for an international law firm in Buenos Aires/Argentina. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2018.
