He regularly advises companies on the handling of cyber-attacks and other cybersecurity incidents. Another focus of his work is data protection and data regulatory advice in M&A transactions.

Simon studied law at Humboldt-University Berlin. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2017. During his legal training, Simon worked for an international law firm in Brussels.
He is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and the Association of German and Japanese Jurists (DJJV).
