Jan Philipp studied at the universities of Passau and Bonn. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Between 2006 and 2009, Jan Philipp worked as a research associate at the Center for European Economic Law at the University of Bonn and as a lecturer at the School of German and European Law at the University of Warsaw. In 2010, he was seconded to an international law firm in London and in 2014 he worked as a Foreign Associate at the London office of a US law firm.
