During the two years since the CJEU’s landmark ruling on FRAND in the matter Huawei/ZTE (C-170/13), German courts have been busy in applying the general principles set out by the CJEU. The presentation will provide an overview of how German courts flesh out the issues which the European judges left unsolved.
