A Gleiss Lutz team has advised the Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG on the change in the Chairman of Volkswagen AG's Board of Management. Dr. Oliver Blume will take over as Chairman of the Group Board of Management from Dr. Herbert Diess and will remain at the same time Chairman of the Board of Management of Dr. Ing. h.c. F.
