Gleiss Lutz advises Nova on the acquisition of sentronics metrology

Gleiss Lutz has advised the listed Israeli company Nova Ltd. on the acquisition of sentronics metrology GmbH.

The acquisition is subject to customary closing and regulatory conditions and approvals and is expected to close within the first quarter of 2025.

sentronics metrology, based in Mannheim, Germany, is a provider of semi- and fully automated wafer metrology tools for the semiconductor industry starting from complete manufacturing processes to advanced packaging.

The shares in Nova Ltd., headquartered in Rehovot, Israel, are listed on both NASDAQ Global Market and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Nova is a key provider of metrology solutions for advanced process control in semiconductor manufacturing. Nova delivers continuous innovation by providing state-of-the-art, high-performance metrology solutions for effective process control throughout the semiconductor fabrication lifecycle.
