Gleiss Lutz has advised Netherlands technology group ASML on its acquisition of the Berliner Glas Group. Closing of the transaction is subject to the customary regulatory clearances. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

With a workforce of over 1,600, Berliner Glas Group provides made-to-measure solutions of the highest quality to its customers across the medical technology, semiconductor, metrology, laser, space and display industries.
