Frank studied at the universities of Augsburg and Melbourne (Monash University LL.M. 2004). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2016. He previously worked, from 2005-2006, at a leading US law firm in Frankfurt and, from 2007-2012, at a leading UK law firm in Frankfurt, where he was seconded to its London office in 2011/2012.
