Patrick advises national and international clients on corporate and M&A matters. His practice focuses on complex M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as on advising corporations – both family-owned and listed – in their day-to-day corporate legal affairs. He also advises regularly on distressed M&A transactions. Patrick is head of M&A.

Vita

Patrick studied law at the universities of Tübingen and Geneva. In addition to his legal studies he obtained a degree in economics. In 2004, Patrick joined Rittstieg Rechtsanwälte. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. From 1998 to 1999 he worked as research assistant at the law department of the University of Tübingen. Patrick holds a master’s degree from the University of Chicago Law School. He is admitted to the bar in Germany, New York and Ireland.

Patrick speaks German and English.
