Segula Technologies and German car manufacturer Opel, a subsidiary of the French Groupe PSA, have entered an agreement on a strategic partnership. Segula aims to establish a European Engineering Campus in Rüsselsheim. From Opel’s current Engineering Center in Rüsselsheim this would involve the integration of up to 2,000 colleagues. In addition, facilities from the vehicle and propulsion development of Opel will also be included. The closing of the transaction is expected in the second quarter of 2019.
