ASM Group S.A. is the market leader in outsourcing and marketing services in Poland and Italy. By acquiring the Vertikom Group, ASM Group S.A. is continuing its growth and expansion in Europe.
The VERTIKOM Group is one of the leading providers of sales outsourcing and marketing services in the German-speaking countries.
The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
