Till advises domestic and international clients on compliance & investigations as well as corporate governance matters. He regularly assists in internal investigations, court and arbitration proceedings related thereto as well as legal and strategic issues regarding the cooperation with authorities. He is also specialized in advising directors and officers in the field of corporate law, with a special focus on d&o liability. Additionally, he focuses on strategic compliance advice as well as setting-up, implementing and developing compliance structures.
Vita
Till studied law at the University of Bayreuth (Dr. iur. 2019) and the University of Chicago Law School (LL.M. 2020, Fulbright Scholar). He completed his legal clerkship inter alia at the European Central Bank. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2022.
Till is a member of the Corporate Law Association (VGR) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV).
