This includes in particular sell and buy side mandates as well as advice on carve-outs and joint ventures. Her practice further includes advice on venture capital investments and corporate law matters.
Stephanie studied in Passau and Madrid. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2018. She completed her legal traineeship at the German Embassy in Montevideo, among other places.
