Ebert particpated in the panel on global post 2020 trends at the Asset Recovery International Conference in Dublin and addressed investment arbitration and the enforcement of arbitral awards against states and state entities and, in particular, today's obstacles to asset recovery in light of imposed sanctions as well as potential options for enforcement.
