Gleiss Lutz advised the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe as the principal shareholder in connection with the squeeze-out at Landesbank Berlin Holding AG (LBBH).
At the extraordinary shareholders meeting, it was resolved that the shares of the minority shareholder of LBBH would be transferred to Erwerbsgesellschaft der S-Finanzgruppe mbH & Co. KG against payment of cash compensation of EUR 4.01. With the squeeze-out, the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe will take over Landesbank Berlin in full.
