Gleiss Lutz advises shareholders of Intland Software on sale to global technology company PTC

​Gleiss Lutz has advised the shareholders of Intland Software GmbH on the sale of the company to PTC Inc. PTC has signed a binding agreement to acquire Intland Software for USD 280 million. The transaction will be funded with cash on hand and amounts borrowed under PTC's existing credit facility.

Intland Software is headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany. It offers software tools to simplify complex product and software engineering, including the successful codebeamer Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform.

The solutions of Intland Software are used by leading global enterprises to develop, manufacture and sell powerful, software-driven products in the automotive, medical technology, life sciences, aerospace and defence industries.

PTC is a global technology company headquartered in Boston, U.S., with more than 6,700 employees across 78 offices worldwide. The company is listed on NASDAQ and offers sophisticated technology platforms and solutions worldwide, including Internet of Things (IoT) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
