She is specialised on questions relating to German and European merger control and has advised German and foreign corporations in a large number of national and cross-border transactions in this respect. Iris further focuses on antitrust fine proceedings, distribution cartel law and compliance programmes.
Iris studied at the University of Augsburg. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2008. In 2013 she was seconded to an American law firm in Washington DC.
Iris is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of German Antitrust Lawyers and the Association of Antitrust Lawyers in Munich.
In addition to German, she speaks English and French.
