A team of Gleiss Lutz lawyers has advised PATRIZIA AG, a leading partner for global investments in real assets, on the sale of a portfolio of twelve retail parks. The retail properties have a total area of around 180,000 m2 and are located in seven West German federal states. The buyer is MEAG, the asset manager of Munich Re and Ergo.
PATRIZIA currently has more than EUR 48 billion in assets under management and is represented in 24 locations worldwide with over 800 employees.
