Gleiss Lutz has advised Marley Spoon, provider of high-quality meal kits, on the appointment of a new CEO and two other management board members.
Marley Spoon Group SE’s supervisory board and the company’s founder Fabian Siegel mutually agreed that he would exit the management boards of Marley Spoon Group SE and Marley Spoon SE effective 26 June 2024. His successor as chairman of these management boards is the former Chief Operating Officer, Daniel Raab. Additionally, Nasreen Abduljaleel (Chief Technology and Product Officer) and Federico Rossi (Chief Marketing Officer) were appointed as additional members of these management boards effective 27 June 2024.
Marley Spoon Group SE is a Luxembourg-based company with a primary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Marley Spoon SE has its registered office in Berlin; its shares are mainly traded on the Sydney Stock Exchange.
At Marley Spoon, the project was managed by its general counsel Johanna Rochel.
