Gleiss Lutz has advised industrial estate operator Infraserv GmbH & Co. Höchst KG (Infraserv Höchst) on the placement of Schuldschein loans of EUR 150 million.
The Schuldschein loans, with maturities of up to seven years, comprise several euro tranches. The additional financing instruments will secure liquidity and ensure the company's operational flexibility in connection with the planned investment programme in a volatile market environment.
The Infraserv Höchst Group operates the 460-hectare industrial estate Höchst, an industrial and research site for around 90 companies from the fields of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, basic and specialty chemicals, plant protection and food additives. The company offers individual, modular solutions as well as innovative, integrated service packages all the way to full site operation. With over 2,800 employees, the corporate group generated turnover of more than one billion euros in 2021.
