Gleiss Lutz has advised Bayerische Landesbank on the financing for three solar parks in Denmark for Luxcara. The scope of the financing, which includes funds from the Reconstruction Loan Bank (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau), is to remain confidential.
The portfolio consists of three solar parks in Barmosen (137.3 MWp), Faxe (111.6 MWp) and Vildbjerg (66.7 MWp) and is one of the largest for solar power in Denmark.
Luxcara, based in Hamburg, is an independent asset manager for renewable energies and infrastructure investments. The company has extensive experience in the acquisition, structuring, financing and management of renewable energies and infrastructure portfolios for institutional investors.
