Stephan specialises on dispute resolution. His main focus is on disputes in the area of corporate law as well as disputes arising from company transactions and energy supply contracts
He also advises on all aspects of German and European competition law, including German and European merger control law, cooperation and distribution contracts, cartel proceedings and litigation, as well as competition law compliance.

Vita

Stephan studied at the University of Bayreuth and at Heinrich Heine University in Duesseldorf (Dr. iur.). He also completed additional studies in economics. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2020.
