Moritz is admitted to practice law both in New York and in Germany. He advises German and international clients on compliance, product compliance and product liability. He specialises in strategic global product compliance advice, compliance investigations, US monitorships and assisting with the set-up, implementation and development of compliance structures. He also focuses on cyber security incident response and preventive advice, representation in court and advice on corporate governance issues.
Moritz studied law at the University of Tübingen and at Duke School of Law (LL.M. 2016). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2021. Prior to joining GleissLutz, Moritz served as a U.S. litigation associate at a renowned US-firm in New York City from 2016-2021. He is admitted to the bar in Germany and in the State of New York.
