Besides assistance on preparing for and conducting ordinary and extraordinary general meetings (structural measures), his practice also focuses on proceedings for the avoidance of shareholder resolutions, and shareholder compensation appraisal proceedings.
Dirk completed his studies in Passau. After his legal clerkship, he spent two years as an assistant to Prof. Dr. Volker Beuthin in Marburg, where he completed his doctorate on a corporate law topic. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2000.
He is a member of the Corporate Law Association (VGR).
