Gleiss Lutz has advised the shareholders of the ALMiG Group on its sale to Taiwan-based Fusheng Industrial Co., Ltd. ALMiG is now part of Greater China's biggest maker of industrial air compressors. Fusheng Industrial is owned by the founding Lee family and US private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management L.P. As part of the deal, ALMiG’s previous owners agreed to reinvest in the new group and thus remain committed to ALMiG.
ALMiG develops, manufactures and sells piston compressors, screw compressors as well as entire industrial grade compressed air solutions. The ALMiG Group has production sites in Germany and Austria as well as dealers and service centres in Italy, Spain, France, Holland, Poland, the UK, the Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Russia, Sweden, Austria and the US.
