Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), a U.S. listed company, has announced its acquisition of sds business services GmbH, headquartered in Mülheim an der Ruhr, from Waterland Private Equity. The transaction volume is approx. EUR 46 million. Pending regulatory approval, the acquisition is scheduled for completion in March 2008.
For ACS, a global IT outsourcing solution provider, the acquisition of sds business services, a provider of datacenters and infrastructure services, will strengthen its European and global IT presence.
