Gleiss Lutz is advising Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A in cooperation with the Italian law firm d`Urso Munari Gatti in connection with its acquisition by Permira, the British financial investors. Valentino operates in more than 100 countries and generates a turnover of just under two billion euros. Valentino group includes Hugo Boss, Marlboro Classic and M Missoni.
