Gleiss Lutz has advised the Japanese Konica Minolta Group on its acquisition of German Instrument Systems Optische Messtechnik GmbH, as well as its subsidiary Optronik Berlin GmbH.
Instrument Systems is a major German lighting equipment manufacturer. The acquisition expands Konica Minolta’s display measurement offering, in particular with regard to the fast-growing LED and OLED fields, and strengthens its leading position in the light measurement business.
