Gleiss Lutz has advised the Bundesdruckerei Group on the conclusion of a syndicated loan agreement. This agreement is a key part of the Group’s financial strategy and replaces the previous financing arrangements.
The Bundesdruckerei Group, based in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district, produces documents and devices for secure identification and, as a federal technology company, is making a substantial contribution to the digital sovereignty of Germany and Europe with its digital and security expertise. Its individual companies offer identification systems along with products and solutions relating to cybersecurity and digitalisation for the public sector and for areas of society and the economy that are especially worthy of protection.
