Gleiss Lutz has advised a banking consortium led by Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (Nord/LB) on the conclusion of a debut syndicated loan agreement for expert SE and expert Wachstums- und Beteiligungs SE. The syndicated loan is intended to help refinance existing debt and finance the acquisition of equity investments.
expert SE, based in Langenhagen, Germany is a retail group that specialises in consumer electronics, IT, telecommunications, entertainment and household appliances and has approximately 14,000 employees nationwide. The expert brand network comprises more than 4,000 locations in 22 countries.
