Gleiss Lutz has advised AEW, one of the world’s largest real estate asset managers, on the acquisition of an extensive residential property portfolio in Frankfurt am Main. The seller is the Praemia REIM group.
The portfolio comprises seven new buildings with 255 units and a total of 18,400 square metres of living space. It also includes commercial premises for restaurants, retailers and educational institutions. Six of the seven properties in the Nordend, Niederrad and Eschersheim districts are almost fully occupied, while another building is still under construction.
