Gleiss Lutz was named “Best-Rated Employer 2016” at this year’s myjobfair awards in October 2016 in Frankfurt am Main. The award is polled from visitors of the on-campus career fairs – hosted by law faculties across Germany – and awarded to the employer who makes the most positive impression.
Dr. Alexander Schwarz, Managing Partner and responsible for HR and recruiting at Gleiss Lutz, was delighted with the accolade: “We are happy that we’re so popular with the students. It shows that our efforts at universities are paying off and that we can convince prospective lawyers that Gleiss Lutz is an attractive employer.”
MYJOBFAIR GmbH presented the award for the first time this year. What is decisive is how often applicants at the event name an employer out of a group of three to have made the best impression. As a result, it reflects the students’ unfiltered opinion.
