Norman Bade is head of HR Legal and responsible for managing the career paths of the firm’s legal staff. His work focuses primarily on employer branding, recruiting and career development measures for our lawyers, including further education and training. He is also involved in a range of project areas, such as HR marketing, digitalisation strategies and the conceptual development of our talent pipeline.
Vita
Norman studied at the University of Hamburg, spending various periods abroad (including in Ghana and Paris), before working at Freie Universität Berlin and Kiel University during his doctorate. He then moved into HR consulting, advising companies in a number of industries on setting up their legal departments. He was also Head of Recruiting Continental Europe at an international law firm. Before joining Gleiss Lutz in October 2023, he worked for a Hamburg start-up and a communications consultancy.
