She is also specialized in advising directors and officers in the field of corporate law, with a special focus on d&o liability.

Vita

Nadja studied at the University of Münster. From 2012 to 2014, Nadja was a research fellow with Prof. Dr. Ingo Saenger at the Institute for International Business Law at the University of Münster while she was doing her PhD. During her legal traineeship from 2014 to 2016, she worked for an international corporate law firm in Düsseldorf and for the German Consulates General in Los Angeles and Osaka. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2016.
