Miloš has graduated from the Charles University in Prague (Mgr. 2012, Ph.D. 2021) and as a Michigan Grotius Fellow also from the University of Michigan Law School (LL.M. 2016). He is admitted in the Czech Republic. Miloš has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2019.

Miloš speaks Czech, English, German and Russian.
