In particular, he advises on in-court and out-of-court restructurings, insolvency-related corporate law, Distressed M&A transactions and insolvency-related litigation (assertation and defense of insolvency-related liability claims).
Vita
Michael studied law at the University of Giessen and received there his doctorate degree. He completed a year abroad at the University of East Anglia (UEA) in England where he obtained a Certificate of Higher Education in Common Law. He joined Gleiss Lutz in 2024. Prior to that, he worked for several years as a lawyer at leading law firms in Frankfurt.
Michael speaks German and English.
