She also advises a wide range of listed and unlisted companies on corporate law and corporate governance matters.
Melina studied in Wuerzburg and Bristol (United Kingdom). In 2018 she completed a stage of her legal training at an international law firm in London. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2019. Melina was seconded to Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York from 2023 to 2024.
Melina is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV) and of the German Corporate Law Association (VGR) .
