His practice predominantly focuses IP/IT-related litigation. Björn has extensive experience in the field of trade secret protection where he advises his clients on the enforcement of their rights under both civil and criminal law. In addition, he supports them at developing effective strategies and implementing forceful measures to prevent the loss of valuable technological and economic know-how.

Vita

Björn studied at the Universities of Berlin, Passau and Bristol. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Björn is a certified intellectual property law attorney and a lecturer at the University of Passau.

He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR) and of its Special Committee Trademark and Unfair Competition Law. Moreover, he is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and of the Licensing Executives Society (LES).
