Andreas advises on trademarks and unfair competition law, on IT and media law as well as on patent law. Furthermore, he is an expert in food law.

Vita

Andreas studied law in Bremen, the Hague and Exeter (LL.M. 1992). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2004. Andreas is a certified intellectual property law attorney and the editor of the German Food Law Reports (LRE).

Andreas is a member of the Law Committee of the German Food Federation and the Expert Committee for Drug and Food Law of the Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR). He is a member of the Brand Restrictions Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and Board Member of the Work Group on Patent Judicature in Germany. Furthermore, he is honorary judge at the Bavarian Bar Court.

Andreas speaks German and English.
