TRAVELLING BY CAR
The nearest public car park is “Fleethof” (approx. 50-100 metres on foot), which is located at Stadthausbrücke (the address for your navigation system is: Stadthausbrücke 3, 20355 Hamburg).
Coming out of the car park, cross Stadthausbrücke street at the pedestrian crossing and go straight ahead into Neuer Wall. Carry on walking until you get to Bürgermeister-Petersen-Platz, where you will see the Görtz-Palais on your left. Go through the old coachman’s passage into the Palais courtyard. The entrance is on the left.
TRAVELLING BY PLANE
When using public transport from Hamburg Airport, take the “S-Bahn” S1 in the direction of “Wedel” and get out at the Stadthausbrücke stop (travelling time of approx. 30 minutes). Take the “Neuer Wall” exit and turn right into Neuer Wall.
Carry on walking until you get to Bürgermeister-Petersen-Platz, where you will see the Görtz-Palais on your left. Go through the old coachman’s passage into the Palais courtyard. The entrance is on the left.
TRAVELLING BY TRAIN
From Hamburg main station, take the “S-Bahn” S1 in the direction of Blankenese or S3 in the direction of Pinneberg and get off after two stops at Stadthausbrücke. Take the “Neuer Wall” exit and turn right into Neuer Wall.
Carry on walking until you get to Bürgermeister-Petersen-Platz, where you will see the Görtz-Palais on your left. Go through the old coachman’s passage into the Palais courtyard. The entrance is on the left.
